INSTRUCTIONS

1.) First, you need to charge the vape pen body. You can do this by threading the tip onto the USB charger and then plugging the USB into your computer, or a charger port. Once the light on the charger turns green, it’s ready to go!

2.) Next, thread the mouthpiece cartridge onto the fully charged vape pen body. Press your lips to the tip of the cartridge and inhale deeply three times (without pressing the button on the pen body). This ensures the ceramic coils in the cartridge are coated with oil, so that there is no metallic taste when first vaporizing the oil.

3.) After coating the coils with oil, press the button 3 times in a row until the light on the pen body starts to flash. To vaporize the oil, hold down the button while pressing your lips to the tip of the cartridge and inhaling deeply.

4.) You can moderate your dosage by the length of your inhale coupled with the button held down. Be mindful the longer you hold the button down, the greater the amount of oil you vaporize at once and the faster you will finish the cartridge.

Note, when the button is held down, always be sure to draw air through the cartridge chamber. This ensures you get the maximum use of your oil and vape pen operational life.

Remember, 2 clicks to preheat the pen, 3 clicks to choose a heat setting, and 5 clicks to power on or off.

1 Is it safe ordering with GanjaExpress.ca?

We’re one of 120+ dispensaries in Vancouver (over 200 in Canada) that are NOT operating under the federally-approved medical marijuana system. To qualify under the federal system, you’ll need to get a doctor’s approval and Health Canada’s permission to purchase from one of the 26 licensed producers. City Hall and VPD have allowed dispensaries to proliferate so people can safely access medicine, so long as there are no sales to minors or any gang affiliations.

There are about 20 mail order marijuana sites in Vancouver. Vancouver has been shipping weed in the mail since the 90’s and to date, we know of no-one who has ever been charged with receiving pot in the mail.

That being said, there is still a risk on both ends as we are not working with any federal approval.

2 How will my order be packaged?

3 How do I place an order?

Here’s a step-by-step guide on placing your order online with GanjaExpress.ca

  2. Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”
  3. When you have all your products in your shopping cart, and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page
  4. Check to see if everything looks right, if you have a coupon code, enter in the code and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the green Proceed to Checkout button
  5. In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you
  6. Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”
  7. On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received
  8. Once we collect your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We’ll email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available

1 What methods of payment do you accept?

Payment is made using Interac E-transfer. If you use online banking with a Canadian bank or credit union, then sending a transfer takes just a couple of minutes.

Instructions will be provided with your online invoice and orders ship only after E-Transfer have been received. After we receive your payment, your order will be shipped 1-2 business days.

2 How do I send an Interac E-transfer?

If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes.

Google is a great tool and if you search “your bank name” + Interac E-transfer in Google.ca, you should easily find instructions on how to send a transfer with your financial institution.

Canada Post

1 What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected arrival date, let us know and we will file a trace with Canada Post.

If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package (up to $500), free of charge.

We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.

2 Why was my package sent with a “Signature Required”?

All orders will be sent with a Signature Required to make sure packages are delivered to the proper recipient. If you do not want this option, please select NO at checkout when it asks Send Signature Required.

If you choose the No signature option, be advised that we cannot guarantee the delivery of your package.
